What the service is

WebDiagnosis opens web pages you supply and reports what it read on them: whether a comment form is open, what link type existing comments carry, the domain’s Ahrefs Domain Rating, how spammy the existing comments look, and related fields you choose. It is a reading tool. It does not find prospects, post comments, sign in anywhere, or answer CAPTCHAs.

What it does not promise

• No placement guarantee. An open comment form is not an approved comment. Moderation is a human decision on someone else’s website.
• No ranking claim. Nothing here asserts that a comment link will improve your rankings, and no field should be read as predicting that.
• Results are true on the day they were read. Comment forms close and plugins change. Every row carries its scan date for that reason.
• Third-party metrics are theirs. Domain Rating is produced by Ahrefs and we report it unchanged; we do not warrant its accuracy.

Your side of it

• Submit URLs you have a legitimate reason to evaluate.
• Do not use the service to plan or carry out spam, and do not use its output to post automated or deceptive comments. The tool exists to reduce wasted outreach, not to scale unwanted comments.
• Respect the terms and the robots directives of the sites you go on to contact.
• Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits, credit accounting or the scan ceiling.
• One account per person. Do not resell access.

We may suspend an account that is using the service to generate spam at scale, or that is degrading it for other users.

Credits and the free plan

• The free plan gives 500 welcome credits. A daily top-up brings a balance below 100 back to 100; higher balances stay unchanged and unused credits do not expire. Scan costs depend on the selected fields.
• A Quick Check runs up to 100 URLs; selecting optional checks caps a scan at 50.
• Cost per URL follows the total number of checks: 1 credit up to 5, 2 up to 8, 3 up to 12. Above 12 the scan is refused rather than run with checks dropped.
• Credits are reserved when a scan starts and anything not scanned is refunded, including after cancellation or failure.
• Paid plans do not exist yet. No payment is taken, and no allowance or price is promised.

Availability

The service is provided as it is, without a guarantee of uptime. It is a working product rather than a contracted service level, and while it is free that is the honest description of it.

Your data

Handling of uploaded lists, results and account data is described on the privacy page, which forms part of these terms.

Ownership

The lists you upload remain yours, as do the reports produced from them; use and share them as you see fit. The software, the site and the research published on it remain ours. Research figures may be quoted with attribution and a link, and we ask that the denominator and the measurement date travel with the number.

Changes

If these terms change materially, the review date above changes with them.
